1. We celebrated Mother's Day with a Sunday Brunch at Les & Zin's. It was my first Mother's Day. And I am beyond thankful for that little human who made me a Mama.
2. More Mother's Day haps. The mother-to-be & Bros-in-law.
3. My sweet little baby got sick. Again. This was Case's second round of ear infections & bronchiolitis within about a month's time and he was miserable. Not not sleeping. And so sad and clingy. We nursed him back to health. [Literally and figuratively. There was a lot of nursing.]
4. While still healing from the sickness, Casey turned 1! We took his 12 month photos in his chair, of course!
5. Casey masters standing days before his first birthday. 
6. We gave him a cupcake with cream cheese fosting and blueberries in hopes to entice him to try his first piece of cake. He was uninterested.
7. Mini birthday photoshoot with our little love.
8. All 12 months printed out! I can't believe our little baby is one!
9. This was the only other festive thing I did for Casey's birthday. I cut out a large 1 out of cardboard and modpodged pictures of him all over it! We hung it on the front door during his party and now I have it hanging in his bedroom.
10. I started watching Lyra every other Friday. Let the madness and fun begin!

13. We took a vacation with the Swens to San Diego. Overall, we had a great time and were able to relax. We tried Stand-Up Paddle Boarding for the first time and rented bikes. Casey hated the helmet so much, it casued him to suck his thumb. He has never sucked his thumb in his life. Kid, don't start now.
